Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Credit Card / Deposit Requirement To secure any appointment, a valid credit card must be kept on file. For high-ticket, long-duration services (such as extensions, balayage, or color corrections), a [50%] non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly toward your final service total.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Windows
We respectfully request that you give us adequate notice when changing your appointment time. This gives our stylists a fair chance to fill the empty slot from our waitlist. Standard Services (e.g., haircuts, blowouts, manicures): Minimum 24 hours' notice.
Specialty/Chemical Services (e.g., full color, highlights, extensions, bridal): Minimum 48 hours' notice.
3. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in charges to the card on file or forfeiture of your booking deposit:
Late Cancellation (Within the 24/48-Hour Window): You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-Show (Missing your appointment with no notice): You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
4. 15-Minute Grace Period for Late Arrivals
We understand that delays happen. We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your full service. Your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client, or it may need to be rescheduled entirely. If rescheduled, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the 20% or 50% fee will apply.
5. Health & Discretionary Exceptions To protect the safety of our staff and guests, please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Emergency waivers are granted on a case-by-case basis at salon management's discretion.
